In harmony with nature
Favored by the climate and on warm mineral slate weathered soils, we primarily cultivate Riesling, the most valuable white grape variety, in the well-known prime locations of Köwerich, Detzem and Klüsserath.
With the Köwericher Laurentiuslay, Detzemer Maximininer Klosterlay and Klüsserather Bruderschaft, our winery offers a wide range of top wines. In addition to Riesling, Rivaner and Burgundy grapes grow in the gravel and clay soils, from which acid-reduced, fruity wines are made.

We are particularly proud of the enthusiastic approval of our customers for our Pinot Noir and Dornfeld red wines as well as our Pinot Gris. The winemaking philosophy is based on the classic Riesling. The natural vegetation and reduced pruning allow full-fruity, healthy grapes to grow.
Traditional craftsmanship combined with the use of the latest technology are guarantees for optimal production. Balanced organic fertilization and a well-ventilated wall of leaves with direct sunlight guarantee healthy ripening of the grapes. This healthy ripening of the grapes is a prerequisite for rich and aromatic Moselle wines.
